**1\. General Job Information** * **Position:** Warehouse Assistant * **Department:** Logistics and Operations * **Working Hours:** 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (total of 40 hours per week) * **Days Off:** 2 rotating days off per week * **Work Mode:** On-site **2\. Main Purpose of the Position** To carry out receiving, storage, sorting, order picking, and dispatching operations for goods within the distribution center, ensuring product protection, adherence to delivery timelines, and overall warehouse order in compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards. **3\. Key Functions and Responsibilities** * **Receiving and Unloading:** Receive goods from suppliers and customers, verifying quantities, physical condition, and incoming documentation. * **Storage:** Place and arrange goods in assigned warehouse areas, optimizing space usage and ensuring proper inventory rotation. * **Order Preparation (Picking and Packing):** Efficiently and accurately collect, inspect, and pack products requested in dispatch orders. * **Inventory Control:** Support periodic physical stock counts and inventory audits. * **Maintenance and Housekeeping:** Keep work areas, aisles, and loading/unloading zones clean, unobstructed, and safe. * **Safety Regulations:** Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **4\. Working Conditions and Schedule** * **Shift Pattern:** Work 5 days per week with 2 rotating days off. * **Daily Shifts:** 8-hour daily shifts, totaling 40 hours per week according to the distribution center’s operational schedule. **5\. Requirements and Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Completed secondary education (High School Diploma). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar roles in warehousing, logistics, distribution centers, or inventory management. * **Skills:** * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Physical stamina for handling and lifting goods. * Teamwork and dynamism. * **Key Competencies:** Punctuality, responsibility, proactivity, and tolerance for working under pressure.
