### **Description and Requirements**
We are seeking a "**Customer Access and Measurement Manager Technician - Sevilla**" to join our **Regulated Operations and Campaigns** team.
**Who will you work with?**
The Regulated Operations and Campaigns unit is organizationally part of Meter Operation and has the following objectives:
* Improve the Telemeasuring Management process to enhance measurement quality by reducing consumption estimates and customer complaints in the most relevant customer segments.
**What are the core occupational activities?**
Coordinate, perform, and supervise the verification, inspection, checking, and incident response for measuring equipment within the scope of responsibility; resolve measurement and telemeasuring incidents at distribution boundaries, in accordance with applicable procedures and legislation.
Perform any other duties, within the scope of professional competencies and skill level, as assigned by superiors due to service requirements; actively contribute to compliance with environmental regulations and occupational risk prevention standards.
**What will you be responsible for?**
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
* Anomaly detection in equipment
* Remote actions
* Pre-fieldwork verification checks
* Monitoring deadlines from anomaly detection to TDC (fieldwork) generation
* Monitoring fieldwork deadline adherence and proper completion
* Determining follow-up actions after TDC completion, based on results
* Tracking required actions to be performed by customers, including direct contact with industrial or large-scale customers when necessary
* Starbeat system monitoring, incident management, and improvements
* Back Office support management

**What is required?**
**Essential requirements** for this role are:
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
* **Competencies:** Complex problem solving, Results orientation, Collaboration
**Preferred qualifications** include experience related to meter reading, billing, regulated operations, and advanced use of spreadsheets and databases.
