Work closely with multidisciplinary teams Our client, a leading technology company, is looking for a Scrum Master to join an agile team. The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum processes, removing impediments, and ensuring the team achieves its objectives efficiently while working closely with multidisciplinary teams. What challenges await you? * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective). * Remove impediments affecting team productivity. * Ensure the team adheres to agile practices and Scrum principles. * Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the backlog. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. * Use tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Teams to manage team work. What makes you the ideal candidate for this role? Technical Skills and Experience (Mandatory): * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in agile roles. * Professional Scrum Master certification (mandatory). * Knowledge and experience with the Kanban method. * User-level proficiency in JIRA, ALM, and Microsoft Teams. * Excellent communication skills and results orientation. * Advanced English (B2 level mandatory), both written and spoken. * Native or advanced Spanish * Ability to work in changing and dynamic environments. Desired Experience and Knowledge: * Experience with TDD/BDD practices. * Familiarity with scaled frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS. * Understanding of deployment pipeline tools. * Knowledge of Management 3.0. * Familiarity with supply chain finance products (e.g., Confirming) (desirable). * Knowledge of payment methods and accounting (desirable).
