Loyola University is seeking a **Coordinator of Technology Transfer and Scientific Culture for the Vice-Rectorate of Research at its Seville campus**. Loyola University encourages applications from individuals who meet the following professional profile: * Proven experience in intellectual property and knowledge transfer, capable of leading the creation of institutional policies, procedures, and tools from a practical and applied perspective. This person will be responsible for establishing the foundation of Loyola University's transfer ecosystem, promoting a culture of protection, valorization, and societal utilization of generated knowledge. Education: * Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in fields related to Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Information Sciences, Engineering, or related disciplines. * Additional training in R&D project management, technology transfer, or research funding will be positively considered. Experience: * Knowledge of intellectual property protection and its application within a university context. Experience interacting with external stakeholders. * Support in promoting and disseminating research results with transfer potential. * Conducting competitive intelligence and technological surveillance studies to identify strategic trends and opportunities. * Comprehensive management of the entire technology transfer process, including not only surveillance and intelligence but also valuation, commercialization, protection strategies, and exploitation. Particularly valued: * Knowledge in managing funding calls for consultancy and technology transfer. * Experience with project management and data analysis tools (CRM, Power BI, technological surveillance systems). * Negotiation skills and ability to develop strategic alliances with public and private organizations. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams across all components of the transfer process. * Experience in international projects for technology transfer. * Comprehensive management of the entire transfer process, including valuation, commercialization, protection, and exploitation strategies. Personal Skills: * Strategic planning and management capabilities. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented and team collaboration mindset. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proactive and initiative-driven approach to identifying funding and transfer opportunities. Responsibilities: * Identify and disseminate funding opportunities for research and knowledge transfer. * Manage and advise on preparing proposals for national and international competitive calls. * Support structuring collaborative projects and consultancy activities with companies and external entities. * Develop strategies to attract research talent aligned with the university's strategic needs. * Monitor and evaluate impact indicators of funded and transferred projects. * Coordinate with research groups, departments, and institutes to strengthen the university's presence in innovation and transfer networks. * Support the promotion and dissemination of research outcomes with transfer potential. * Conduct competitive intelligence and technological surveillance studies to identify strategic trends and opportunities.
