Main responsibilities include carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across all facility installations. The objective is to ensure the premises remain in perfect condition for guests and staff. This includes periodic inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, checking the condition of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and furniture. It also involves performing basic minor repairs, such as fixing faucets, replacing light bulbs, or repairing doors and furniture. The technician will assist in maintaining heating and air conditioning systems, as well as conducting basic checks of electrical panels and upkeep of common areas. Incidents, malfunctions, and repairs will be monitored and recorded, including daily water checks and Legionella prevention measures. Additionally, support will be provided for furniture assembly and space preparation, collaborating with other departments. Compliance with safety regulations and workshop organization is required. A full-time interim contract is offered, with working hours from 08:00 to 15:00.
