Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to provide comprehensive care for facilities, performing various technical tasks and installations at our centers. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance management of interior and exterior facilities. 2. Company vehicle provided for travel between centers. 3. Possibility of an indefinite contract after the temporary period. We are looking for a maintenance technician to take charge of facility maintenance across our centers in Seville and Cádiz. Your responsibilities will cover both interior and exterior building areas, including carpentry, HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, various installations, and distribution of socio-healthcare materials. You will be provided with a company vehicle for traveling between centers. The position is initially a three-month temporary contract, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract, subject to satisfactory performance. Working hours will be 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in an intensive morning schedule from 9:00 to 15:00. Salary will comply with the applicable collective agreement. * Technical training or equivalent qualifications corresponding to a Higher Vocational Training qualification specifically in the Maintenance field. * Additional training in electricity, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, Legionella prevention, and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) will be positively considered. * Technical knowledge in masonry, plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, preventive maintenance (Legionella), and HVAC will be positively considered. * Minimum six months’ experience in a similar position.
