Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chef for a gastronomic restaurant in Seville, to collaborate on an innovative proposal based on local ingredients, contemporary techniques, and meticulous presentation. A creative, dynamic, and professional work environment. We are looking for an **experienced Chef** to join a leading gastronomic restaurant in Seville city center. The selected candidate will become part of a creative and passionate team dedicated to culinary excellence, contributing to the development of an innovative gastronomic concept grounded in local produce, contemporary techniques, and refined presentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and present dishes according to the restaurant’s quality and aesthetic standards. * Collaborate with the Head Chef in designing and developing new recipes and tasting menus. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and food handling regulations. * Supervise product condition, inventory control, and supplier orders. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station and the kitchen overall. * Work collaboratively to ensure agile and coordinated service during shifts. **Requirements:** * Training in **Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related field** (Hospitality School or equivalent). * Minimum of **2\-3 years’ experience in restaurants**. * Knowledge of **cooking techniques**. * Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Knowledge of modern Andalusian cuisine and seasonal produce is desirable. **Offered:** Join a growing gastronomic project with high culinary standards. * Permanent contract and opportunities for professional development within the team. * Full-time schedule with two days off per week. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and merit. * A creative, dynamic, and professional work environment. **Interested candidates please send CV to: seleccion@puertodecubalaraza.com** Work Location: On-site employment
