




Job Summary: We are seeking a coordinator for the Home Help Service to manage communications, administrative tasks, and computer-based tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support role in coordinating social services 2. Communication management and administrative tasks 3. Development of organizational and problem-solving skills We need a person to support the coordination of the Home Help Service in Dos Hermanas, Sevilla. Duties include managing telephone communication with assistants and users, providing information on schedules, collecting suggestions and complaints, performing administrative tasks, and operating computer tools for registrations and cancellations. This is a substitute contract covering vacation periods, with possible extension until September. Work is conducted remotely (telework), 28 hours per week scheduled on weekends and public holidays, with rotating shifts: morning shift (7:30 AM to 3:00 PM\) or afternoon shift (5:00 PM to 9:30 PM\). Salary follows the collective agreement for publicly owned home help services, with 14 annual payments. Initiative, organizational ability, interpersonal skills, effective time management, and decision-making and problem-solving capabilities are highly valued. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in the social field. * Knowledge and experience in team or home help service coordination and dependency care. * Additional training in dependency and disability matters, and proficiency in using the GESAD software. * Availability and commitment.
