You will be a key player in managing, maintaining, and evolving our technological infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the systems supporting our business. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Systems team, providing user support, participating in continuous improvement projects, and driving the modernization of our infrastructure. **What will be your mission?** * Administer **Microsoft 365** and **Entra ID / Active Directory** environments, managing users, groups, policies, and licensing. * Manage devices using **Microsoft Intune/MDM**, including enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment. * Administer the **Proxmox** virtualization platform: VMs, containers, high availability, and storage. * Manage and monitor the corporate network, administering **firewalls**, **VLANs**, **VPNs**, switching, and Wi\-Fi networks. * Ensure infrastructure security through EDR/antivirus tools, patch management, hardening, cybersecurity audits, and disaster recovery plans. * Administer backup systems: backup policies, verification, and restoration testing. * Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, providing technical support to users and tracking incidents to resolution. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, configuration manuals, and infrastructure runbooks. * Monitor corporate email, web hosting, and domain services (DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC). * Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory and manage its lifecycle. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** We seek a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a passion for technology who enjoys teamwork and contributing continuous improvements to infrastructure. **To fit this role, we would like you to have:** * **2 to 4 years of experience** in a similar position. * Demonstrable experience administering **Microsoft 365**, **Entra ID**, and **Active Directory**. * Experience with **Microsoft Intune** or any other device management (MDM) solution. * Experience in virtualized environments with **Proxmox**, or solid experience with **VMware** or **Hyper\-V**, with interest in working with Proxmox. * Networking knowledge: configuration and administration of **firewalls** (Fortinet or similar), **VLANs**, **VPNs**, and connectivity troubleshooting. * Experience managing backup systems and recovery procedures. * Ability to autonomously diagnose and resolve technical incidents. **We will especially value if you also have:** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Certifications such as **Microsoft MS\-102**, **Fortinet NSE**, **Cisco CCNA**, or equivalents. * Scripting knowledge with **PowerShell** or **Bash**. ##### **What do we offer?** At **Grupo Soluciona**, we invest in people and their professional development.
