Your mission will be key to **ensuring frontline service excellence**, turning data into action and guaranteeing maximum efficiency of our technical team. Your role will be the driving force behind daily productivity, identifying and immediately resolving any operational deviation. **Your Responsibilities will include:** * **Daily Operational Leadership:** Take **daily control of Service Technicians' activities**. * **KPI and Deviation Management:** Perform **thorough monitoring of Operations KPIs**.
