**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking candidates to fill the position of **Maintenance Manager** at our Aerotecnic Metallic plant (La Rinconada, Sevilla). The selected candidate will primarily perform the following tasks: Manage comprehensive plant maintenance, ensuring safety, availability, and reliability of both production and non-production equipment and facilities. Coordinate the maintenance team, guaranteeing production support, operational continuity, and efficient use of resources. Define, implement, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance plans, improving costs, productivity, and efficiency. Plan and coordinate interventions with other departments and external suppliers, minimizing impact on normal plant operations. Control maintenance costs, resources, and budget, ensuring efficient management. Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, policies, and occupational risk prevention, collaborating in risk identification and mitigation. Manage technical documentation for equipment, facilities, and spare parts, ensuring its accuracy and availability. Supervise external work and define technical specifications for maintenance, assembly, or new installations. Manage tooling quality, including database, documentation, validations, periodic reviews, and incident handling.
