At Grupo Pampling, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support the collection, processing, and analysis of key data for strategic decision-making within the organization. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in developing analytical models, creating dashboards and reports, ensuring coherence, integrity, and accuracy of data used by various business departments. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Data Analysis and Processing * Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources. * Design, maintain, and ensure database integrity. * Automate data loading and transformation processes to facilitate analysis. 2\. Visualization and Reporting * Create dynamic dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Prepare periodic performance reports and KPIs for different business areas. * Ensure findings are communicated clearly and understandably across all levels. 3\. Cross-Departmental Collaboration * Work with other departments to identify information and analysis needs. * Translate business requirements into measurable metrics and indicators. * Advise teams on data interpretation and obtained results. 4\. Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization * Identify opportunities for improving internal processes through data analysis. * Collaborate in developing basic predictive or analytical models to optimize performance. * Keep internal procedures related to data management up to date. 5\.
