Publications in indexed journals (JCR and Scopus) will be prioritized. Research impact in terms of originality, relevance, and innovation will be welcomed. * Secondarily, books or book chapters published by prestigious publishers (well-ranked in the SPI index), presentations at international conferences, specialized seminars in relevant fields, etc., will also be considered. * Research grants or research stays at internationally recognized universities. * Participation in competitive research projects (international, national, and/or regional). * Experience in combining teaching and research duties with academic management roles will also be valued. **Job responsibilities**: * Teach undergraduate and graduate courses within the areas of Advertising, Journalism, and Audiovisual and Digital Communication. * Enhance the department's scientific production level by developing and expanding communication studies, positioning the department among top rankings through competitive projects and impactful, transformative publications. * Fully integrate into one of the university's research groups, actively pursuing a research career with scientific output in JCR-indexed scientific journals, as well as participation in research projects, etc. * Actively participate in departmental and university life (teaching, research, dissemination and transfer, academic management, etc.).
