At Versus e-Learning, we are looking for a meticulous, organized, and proactive individual to ensure the proper recording, control, and analysis of the company's accounting, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and support for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Issue invoices, register and account for invoices received from suppliers and creditors, assets, amortization, inventory, collections, payments, intercompany transactions, and other financial movements. * Reconcile bank accounts and review accounting entries. * Prepare periodic accounting and financial reports. * Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. * Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure tax compliance, calculate and file VAT and IRPF forms. * Control accounting documentation and maintain proper archiving. * Collaborate in internal or external audits. **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Administration and Finance, Economics, or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in general accounting. * Proficiency in accounting software.
