




Job Summary: We are seeking a telephone support team coordinator for an automotive sector company in Seville, responsible for managing demand, scheduling appointments, and optimizing processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the automotive telephone support team. 2. Manage demand and schedule workshop appointments. 3. Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive contact center. In Seville, we are looking for a person to coordinate the telephone support team at an automotive sector company. Main responsibilities include managing demand, answering calls, and scheduling workshop appointments. Additionally, each appointment must be proactively prepared by reviewing campaigns and customer history, as well as confidently using the IT tools specific to the customer service department. This position requires advanced use of call center software and the ability to optimize daily processes. Other duties inherent to the role will also be performed to ensure efficient operations. A full-time contract is offered, with 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday. The working schedule is split shift, from 08:00 to 17:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive contact center (appointment booking and customer service). * We seek a candidate capable of working under pressure and skilled at conveying knowledge. * Proximity to the workplace is a plus.
