Participation in backend development with Java + Spring Boot #### **Job Description** At **The Whiteam Consulting**, we are looking for a **technical Team Lead** with a strong background in **Java (Spring Boot)** and experience in **Machine Learning and Cloud** environments. This is a **highly technical role**, where you will act as the **technical reference for the development team**, serving as the primary point of communication and coordinating team activities—while maintaining your hands\-on involvement. You will work in a modern environment using technologies such as **AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed messaging**, contributing to the development of advanced solutions. #### **Responsibilities** * Act as the **primary point of contact** between the technical team and the project. * Coordinate and guide the development team in daily activities. * Actively participate in backend development with **Java \+ Spring Boot**. * Design and oversee architectures based on: + Microservices + Containers + Cloud (AWS) * Collaborate on solutions integrating **Machine Learning** components. * Define technical best practices, standards, and code quality. * Manage integrations with systems via: + APIs + Messaging (**RabbitMQ / MQTT**) * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Ensure timely and high\-quality technical delivery. #### **Requirements** * Minimum **6 years** of software development experience. * Prior experience as a **technical Team Lead** or technical reference. * Proficiency in: + **Java \+ Spring Boot** + **Python for Machine Learning**: - Pandas - NumPy - SciPy * Experience with: + **Docker** + **Kubernetes** + **AWS** * Experience with messaging systems: + **RabbitMQ** or **MQTT** * Technical leadership and team coordination capabilities. * Experience developing in cloud\-native environments. * **Advanced English (B2\+/C1 mandatory)**. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **Angular** (frontend). * Experience delivering AI/ML components in production projects. * Experience with distributed and scalable architectures. * Ability to provide technical mentoring to teams. #### **Conditions** * Location: **Seville**. * Work mode: **Hybrid or remote** (depending on profile). * Stable project with a strong technical component. **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals possessing extensive experience in technology consulting.
