Coordinate teams and manage personnel We are seeking personnel to conduct technical activities in physical training under the guidance of a supervisor. Tasks include analyzing problems, diagnosing and defining actions, planning and supervising resources, as well as drafting technical reports. Personnel may also coordinate teams, organize the availability of internal or external resources, and manage assigned staff. Occupational risk prevention regulations are applied, and worker safety is ensured. This position is located at the Cedefo de Madroñalejo in Carrión de los Céspedes (Sevilla). A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 90 days, full-time work on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. The monthly salary is 3422 euros. The responsibilities also include technical and economic supervision of collaborators, and conducting activities related to physical education, didactics applied to various modalities, and training for the Infoca group to promote health and psycho\-physical capabilities.
