Positive work environment and active participation in workplace climate. **HR Manager** At Anjusesa, a growing energy consultancy, we seek to hire a proactive, organized individual with strong interpersonal skills to assume the role of HR Manager, playing a key role in people management, internal coordination, and administrative support. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Comprehensive management of employment contracts: hiring, termination, and documentation control. \- Coordination of recruitment and onboarding processes. \- Monitoring and tracking of working hours, vacations, and incidents. \- Organization and facilitation of daily team meetings, incorporating motivational and team-building activities. \- Design, implementation, and monitoring of incentive and bonus systems for the sales team, including goal and performance tracking. \- General administrative support, document control and organization. \- Management of corporate social media accounts, contributing to brand image and external communication. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. \- Strong communication and organizational skills. \- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. \- Prior experience in commercial or energy-related companies is a plus. **What We Offer:** \- Start date: March 2. \- One-month onboarding and mentoring period. \- Integration into a dynamic and growing environment. \- Role with significant human and organizational impact. \- Opportunity for professional development in HR, leadership, and internal management. \- Positive work environment and active participation in improving workplace climate.
