A company dedicated to the industrial laundry sector is seeking to hire an Industrial Mechanic with solid knowledge of electricity to join our maintenance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery, guaranteeing production continuity and minimizing downtime. Main responsibilities * Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial laundry machinery (washers, dryers, wash tunnels, calenders, folding machines, etc.). * Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical faults. * Installation, adjustment, and commissioning of equipment. * Inspection of electrical systems, control panels, motors, and automation systems. * Collaboration with the production team to resolve incidents. * Compliance with the company’s safety and quality protocols. Requirements MUST RESIDE IN THE SOUTHERN AREA OF MADRID DUE TO PROXIMITY TO THE WORKPLACE * Training in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in industrial laundries or related sectors. * Solid knowledge of industrial electricity, electrical panels, and automation systems. * Ability to work as part of a team and problem-solving orientation. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Preferred qualifications * Specific experience in industrial laundries. * Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and general mechanics. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
