WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS? * Assess visual acuity and visual field of applicants. * Evaluate visual impairment (total blindness/visual deficiency). * Provide direct care to members, assessing functional aspects of their vision and forming part of the personal autonomy technical team alongside optometrists and rehabilitation technicians. * Deliver ophthalmological training to ONCE professionals. * Participate in national and international conferences as a key strategy to promote ONCE's actions in patient care. * Any other duties required by ONCE as an ophthalmology professional. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM YOU? (Requirements) * Degree in Medicine and Surgery. * Specialist qualification in Ophthalmology. WHAT OTHER QUALIFICATIONS DO WE VALUE? (Desirable criteria) * Training and/or experience with NGOs, foundations, and Third Sector organizations. * Training in epidemiology and/or preventive medicine. * Willingness to travel. * Computer skills. * English level B1.
