Through Grupo Q, we are seeking **a committed professional with experience in maintaining facilities of offices, hotels, and apartment hotels in the Seville area**, primarily in the Aljarafe region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and preservation of systems, equipment, and buildings by implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed. **Your main responsibilities will include** * Assisting in identifying and inspecting hotel equipment and installations. * Collaborating on preventive maintenance tasks. * Performing minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. repairs. * Inspecting machinery and common areas to ensure everything functions correctly. * Serving as the point of contact for external service providers during inspections or specific work. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in maintaining building and hotel facilities. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, or similar fields. * Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, with corresponding rest days. **We offer:** A permanent contract and salary according to the collective agreement.
