Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 10 First-Level Administrative Officers \- Social Administrative Files in Sevilla.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**

* Management and verification of documentation.
* Processing of administrative files.
* Data entry and maintenance of databases (DBs).
* Processing and control of document management systems.

### **Education**
#### **Qualifications**
* You hold a Higher Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Education Vocational Training Cycle qualification in the administrative field (a qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or possess relevant experience (under employment or academic contract) as an administrative officer (at least 6 months).

#### **Additional Training**
* Documented training in Excel and/or Word (such training must be formally certified when submitting the application).
* Additional training of at least 2,000 hours in Administration and Management (such training must be formally certified when submitting the application).
* Documented training in Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure (such training must be formally certified when submitting the application).
### **Prior Experience**
* Between 6 months and 3 years’ experience in managing and processing social administrative files (such experience must be formally certified when submitting the application via employment record and CV).
* Between 6 months and 3 years’ experience performing duties as an administrative officer (such experience must be formally certified when submitting the application via employment record and CV).
* Between 1 year and 3 years’ experience in the Public Administration or public-sector companies (such experience must be formally certified when submitting the application via employment record and CV).
### **Other Meritorious Factors**
* Documented training or experience in the Dependency Law (such training must be formally certified when submitting the application).

* Offer includes:
+ Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total of 9 months, if applicable.
+ Full-time working schedule.
