It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations and undergoing rapid expansion. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires Kitchen Assistants to work in its hotels located in central SEVILLE. MAIN TASKS: \- Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. \- Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. \- Perform periodic cleaning tasks as outlined in the established cleaning plan. \- Handle food in compliance with current regulations. \- Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues immediately.\- Support the execution of menus and menu cards. \- Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of products assigned. ### **Requirements** \- Prior experience as a cook. \- Proactivity and dynamism. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. ### **We Offer** \- 30-hour weekly contract. \- Competitive salary. \- Opportunity for growth in a rapidly expanding company.
