




You will be at one of our accommodations in the center of Seville, performing reception duties for our accommodations both in the city and other locations remotely. Shift schedule with rotating shifts, including afternoons and weekends. Weekly working hours will be 40. RESPONSIBILITIES Customer service and reception Check-ins and check-outs and customer service Selling additional services to customers Email management Handling messages with customers via WhatsApp and OTAs Supporting the branding team with occasional blog and social media tasks Managing direct reservations and OTA bookings Reviewing reservations 7 days in advance for all accommodations Checking arrival times Verifying access codes Monitoring automated check-ins Carrying out necessary follow-ups Creating access codes 14 days in advance Sending reports to suppliers Reviewing next day's arrivals Cash register closing Salary according to collective agreement.
