Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for an operational production role, responsible for operating machinery, palletizing, task management, and production and quality control. We seek a candidate with a Higher Vocational Training qualification or a Baccalaureate degree for an operational production position. Main responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery such as case packers, fillers, and labelers. You will also participate in palletizing, ensuring continuous material supply and performing product changeovers. This role involves supporting the resolution of minor incidents and equipment reactivation. You will manage task assignments for packaging line personnel to optimize production. You will be responsible for product and format changeovers, as well as line startups and shutdowns, conducting hourly production and quality checks. Prior experience in production lines is valued, and availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts, plus possession of a personal vehicle, is required. We seek commitment, decision-making ability, and flexibility. A proactive attitude and strong learning, autonomous, and teamwork skills are essential. The contract is temporary. Higher Vocational Training in Electricity, Mechanics, or Electronics. Minimum 1 year of industrial experience on production lines. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) Monday through Sunday. Personal vehicle. Leadership and decision-making capabilities.
