




As an Outside Sales representative, you will be responsible for our sales team as well as sales and customers in the assigned area. You will oversee commercial solutions and daily business activities, focusing on AMMEGA's Commercial Excellence Program (CEP) and safeguarding the long-term interests of the business. You will play a key role in commercial management, driving new business opportunities, cross-selling activities, and managing other functions such as key account development, strategic alignment, and promoting synergies. You will report directly to the Branch Manager, the leader of the branch team. A day in the life of an Outside Sales representative may include: * Supporting the development of the assigned territory. * Demonstrating product knowledge using samples or catalogs. * Conducting assessments of customer equipment and product needs. * Preparing quotations and sales contracts for new and existing customers. * Collaborating with the inside sales team and other support departments to keep account activities up to date. * Developing and maintaining relationships with purchasing contacts. * Ensuring timely delivery of necessary information for national account reports. * Providing delivery date estimates to customers and investigating and resolving potential delivery issues. * Maintaining close collaboration with customer service teams, product managers, planning, logistics, etc., at the local level. We are looking for someone who has: * More than three years of experience in industrial sales. * Availability to travel. * Results-oriented mindset. * Ability to develop external networks. * Knowledge and experience in conveyor belts and/or industrial automation (desirable). * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Learning and adaptability capacity (new knowledge, skills, etc.). * Fluent English language skills (desirable). * Experience with CRM software, computer competencies, and proficiency in MS Office, D365, Salesforce, etc. (preferred).
