At Proycen, we are recruiting motivated individuals without fear of heights (as most work is performed at height, with corresponding safety measures) to fill several pruning and clearing technician positions through our Comprehensive Labor Insertion Programs. 100% subsidized, specialized, and job-oriented training. **What are the job responsibilities?** \- Knowledge of tree-climbing techniques and palm-tree ascent techniques. \- Expanded knowledge of various tools and positioning equipment for working at height. \- Performing cutting tasks using a chainsaw and mastering machine operation. \- Performing mowing and cutting tasks using a brush cutter, applying appropriate techniques and carrying out machine maintenance. \- Carrying out these tasks with required safety and quality standards. \- Applying environmental criteria to performed work. \- Identifying and assessing specific risks associated with pruning work at height involving climbing. \- Selecting and correctly using personal protective equipment against falls. \- Safely installing lifelines and anchoring systems on trees. \- Applying correct rope-based ascent, positioning, and descent techniques. \- Using cutting tools and chainsaws at height with appropriate precautions. \- Responding appropriately to emergencies, including rescue systems and first aid. **Requirements:** \- No vertigo or fear of heights and good physical condition (required by the nature of the work). \- Residence in Seville city or surrounding areas. \- Unemployment status with active job demand registration in the province of Seville. \- Motivation to work. **Preferred (but not mandatory):** \- Technical training related to Vocational Education (FP) or Professional Certificates in Forestry, Agricultural, or Environmental fields. \- Proficiency in machinery essential for the position, with specialization.
