YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM: \- Greet and welcome customers with kindness and professionalism, ensuring an excellent first impression. \- Assist in dining room service and taking orders \- Manage reservation organization and planning \- Assist in serving and clearing dishes, as well as tray handling \- Ensure compliance with service and customer experience protocols. \- Assist in dining area organization and table clearing \- Assist in cleaning and side work tasks REQUIREMENTS: \- Previous experience as a Waiter Assistant, Dining Room Waiter, or in restaurants with table service is highly valued \- Experience in customer service within the foodservice industry \- Positive attitude with a smile, active listening skills, and team spirit. \- Availability to work split and rotating shifts \- Knowledge of English is desirable; other languages would be a plus.
