




Job Summary: We are seeking a general Administrative Assistant to manage diverse administrative operations, optimize departmental efficiency, and ensure proper follow-up of procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage various administrative operations and ensure their follow-up. 2. Handle data, documents, reports, filing, and resolution of inquiries. 3. Proactively use digital tools for communication and management. We are looking for a person to perform general administrative tasks. The position involves carrying out administrative operations of various types, ensuring their proper follow-up in accordance with established procedures and received instructions. The goal is to enhance the efficiency of the work area. Responsibilities will include data management, completion of documents, and drafting of reports according to instructions from superiors. The role also entails filing and registering files, as well as resolving inquiries and assignments within the incumbent’s scope of authority, using the most appropriate channels (written, telephone, electronic, or in-person). Additionally, the role includes managing travel and transportation arrangements, collecting and delivering documentation, and providing support to internal staff, suppliers, and external users. Proactive use of digital tools for communication, collaboration, and content management is expected, ensuring secure and responsible use of technology. The contract will be temporary.
