What will you do as a Production Manager? If you are motivated to independently manage a production unit, make decisions, and lead teams of 100–120 people, we want to meet you. **At Elis, Production Managers:** * Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards while fostering a participative environment. * Drive new ideas to optimize plant operations (team organization, coordination with maintenance, operational improvements). * Act as a liaison with the commercial department, actively listening to customer feedback. * Propose and implement continuous improvements across the entire production chain. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
