We will especially value: * **Symfony 8:** Proficiency in the latest version and its new features. * **PHP 8\.4:** Expert use of Attributes, Enums, and Readonly classes. * **AssetMapper:** Familiarity with Symfony's new standard for managing JS/CSS without Webpack/Encore. * **Symfony UX \& Turbo:** Ability to build reactive interfaces without leaving PHP (Hotwire). * **Modern Architecture:** Experience with Runtime Component, Scheduler, and AssetMapper. * Clear, didactic, and approachable oral communication.
