CEU Fernando III University is opening a selection process to hire a faculty member for the Institute of Humanities, capable of teaching courses such as Philosophical Anthropology and Social Doctrine of the Church, among other related subjects in the field. Permanent contract. Full time. Starting February 2026. Required Qualifications* Bachelor's degree, Licenciatura, or equivalent in Theology or Philosophy (specialization in moral philosophy). * Holding a Doctorate degree and ANECA accreditation will be valued. * Additional training in other areas of Humanities enabling teaching across various subjects within the IHAA. Professional and Teaching Experience* Teaching, research, or professional experience in Theology or related fields. * Scientific publications, participation in research groups, seminars, and conferences will be considered an advantage. * Experience in management tasks related to the Humanities field. Skills and Competencies* Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to create impact, motivate, and support students. * Pedagogical competence in using digital methods and tools applied to teaching. * Emotional intelligence: empathy, self-motivation, and positive influence within the educational environment.
