If you want to join us and become part of a great team, this is the place for you! **What will be your mission and main responsibilities?** Verify the quality of finished products based on communicated standards and specifications. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify, through sampling, the quality of processed products in warehouses and/or farms. * Carry out required inspections, tests, or measurements of product quality indicators according to communicated standards and specifications. * Record critical incidents detected during quality verification of products. * Report problems and defects to production supervisors or designated personnel, and assist in identifying and correcting them. * Conduct established daily communications and complete standardized records. * Supervise and complete Good Agricultural Practices (HACCP). REQUIREMENTS **What are the requirements for this position?** * Bachelor’s degree / Vocational Training qualification or equivalent. * Proficiency in Excel and general office software. * Knowledge of analytical instruments and laboratory techniques is desirable. * One year of experience in red fruit companies is desirable. * Possession of a vehicle and valid Class B driver’s license. **What competencies/skills will we assess?** A proactive individual with strong organizational and planning skills, analytical ability, capacity to take action under stress, adaptability to changing conditions, and orientation toward teamwork. *At Surexport, we value diversity as a strategic asset and commit to equal opportunities throughout all our selection processes.
