Discover how our **people**, **games**, and **sustainability initiatives** are making an impact and shaping the future of board games. **Job Summary** ----------------------- We are seeking a highly motivated Translation Supervisor with a minimum of 7 years of experience in text proofreading, concrete experience in the board games field, at least 2 years of team management and coordination experience, strong attention to detail, and accustomed to working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, to join our localization team in Spain. **Your Role** ----------------------- Key Responsibilities: * Supervision of daily activities of translators and reviewers. * Close collaboration with the Translation Manager. * Quality control and review/editing of texts. Linguistic adaptation according to the specific needs of each project. * Organization of translation team resources (updating translation memories and glossaries, collecting data on language usage in board and role-playing game translations). * Linguistic advisory and updating of internal style guides to remain at the forefront of developments in Spanish within the board and role-playing game industry. * Task distribution and assignment together with the Translation Manager based on resource availability and specific project requirements. **What We Are Looking For** ------------------------- Required Competencies: * Proofreading and editing of any type of Spanish text, with special emphasis on content related to board and role-playing games. * Experience in linguistic consulting, particularly regarding current contentious issues in the Spanish language, such as inclusive language and adherence to official norms. * Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team. * Experience in team management and organization. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Flexibility, adaptability to change, and good stress management. * Proficiency with machine translation and computer-assisted translation tools. * Knowledge of localization, transcreation, and text adaptation according to market needs. * Basic knowledge of language and marketing.
