




**Job Mission** --------------------- Supervise the proper implementation of commercial plans in the meat department, analyzing customer behavior, competition, and internal variables of each store, ensuring product quality, compliance with company standards, and achievement of sales and profitability goals. **Job Functions** ------------------------ * Analyze customer purchasing habits in each store, considering the surrounding environment and competition. * Ensure the correct in-store implementation of **commercial plans**, adding value through knowledge of the customer and the environment. * Conduct a **detailed analysis of the actual situation** of the store by evaluating internal variables that impact the results of commercial implementation. * Prescribe measures that guarantee the proper execution of commercial plans. * Provide valuable information to increase department sales through management of: + **Quality control** of meat products. + **Retail price control**. + **Product assortment level**. + Implementations according to the **Commercial Plan**. + Compliance with **Safety and Hygiene practices**. * Efficiently manage **communication and relationships** with stakeholders in the fresh products area (product-person-store). **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Communication and influence. * Emotional management. * Development of interpersonal relationships. * Results orientation. * Organization, rigor, and quality. **** **Job Requirements** ------------------------------- ### **Education** * Medium or higher vocational training cycle (Commerce/Marketing, Administration/Finance) or high school diploma. * Additional training in **Marketing, Sales Management and Commercial Spaces, Merchandising, Negotiation, Labor Relations**. * ### **Professional Experience** * **3 to 4 years of experience in the sector**, preferably as **Perishables Purchasing Manager** or **Perishables Department Manager** in the sales area. ### **Other Requirements** * Knowledge and skills related to various aspects of the store: + Economic management of the business unit. + Use of **computer tools** at user level. + Customer service. + Point-of-sale organization and sales techniques. + **Team leadership** and communication skills.
