Promote energy-saving and energy-efficiency initiatives. CATALONIA HOTELS, an expanding hotel chain, is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT for one of our hotels in central SEVILLA. The **main responsibilities** include: * Planning of tasks. * Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual; completing the corresponding form. * Following corrective maintenance procedures as outlined in the quality manual. * Repairing and/or supervising breakdowns; verifying that issues have been fully resolved. * Carrying out the Legionella prevention process; completing the corresponding records. * Ensuring facilities comply with current regulations. * Responsible for directing the emergency plan. * Maintaining and preserving hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition. * Assessing the condition of facilities and reporting to the hotel manager. * Promoting and implementing energy-saving and energy-efficiency initiatives. * Managing inventory and spare parts, subject to management approval. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in a similar position. * Technical education + installer certifications. * Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). * Commitment, rigor, and dedication.
