




In Sevilla, a Shift Supervisor or Team Leader is sought for a prominent company in the food industry, specialized in the production of beverages and juices. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating and planning the work team, ensuring a collaborative and efficient environment. Responsibilities include comprehensive supervision of the production process, guaranteeing the correct application of established work methods and managing any incidents that may arise to minimize impact on scheduling. Additionally, they will oversee proper waste segregation by the team. They will also coordinate and supervise technicians and operators in syrups, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments, especially in the absence of their direct supervisors. They will maintain smooth communication with the quality department, ensuring product traceability, and report to the production manager and the next shift supervisor on production results, incidents occurred, and corrective actions implemented. The working day consists of 8 hours daily, from Monday to Sunday, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts within a schedule between 06:00 and 22:00, respecting legal rest periods. * Minimum of 1 year of prior experience performing tasks similar to those described. * We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and organized individual. * Residence near the workplace is a plus. Completed high school, COU, FPII, or vocational training (GS).
