




At Lamaignere, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure the proper operation of our warehouses and team coordination, guaranteeing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards. * Plan and organize workflow, shifts, and team resources. * Coordinate yard and office activities, ensuring proper management of goods and documentation. * Implement continuous improvement actions in logistics processes. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations and warehouse safety standards. Requirements * Experience: Minimum 8 years in logistics and team management. * Education: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, or related field. * Experience with CargoWise or similar systems is desirable. **Key Competencies:** * Autonomy and decision-making. * Organization and planning. * Adaptability to change and flexibility. * Leadership and team management. * Stress management in dynamic environments. **Languages:** English at intermediate level (B2). **Mobility:** Willingness to travel between sites and to client locations.
