Liaison with subcontractors and supply chain. 3.- Technical analysis of the project, construction systems and solutions used, preparation of optimization and improvement proposals, and, where applicable, identification of project errors. 4.- Preparation of reports, technical specifications, and other technical documents. 5.- Coordination of the development of technical documentation required for the bid, together with other teams involved in the bid preparation: internal departments (Technical Management, Finance, Legal, Procurement, etc.), external engineering firms and consultants, UTE partners, establishing the bid strategy, economic study, work planning, risk analysis, document supervision, and final submission, addressing various sections: Planning and logistics / Site setup and analysis of human and material resources / Risk analysis / Opportunity analysis and value engineering / Contractual and financial analysis. * **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** ------------------------- * + Promote digitalization and implementation of BIM and other available technological tools in tenders. * + Client interaction, including meetings, clarification requests, and any other communication during the tender process. * **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Education: REQUIRED = Architect / Technical Architect / Surveyor / Building Engineer DESIRABLE = ITOP / ICCP may also be considered if extensive experience in Building is demonstrated * REQUIRED = Office 365 / AUTOCAD / PRESTO / MS-PROJECT DESIRABLE = BIM / PRIMAVERA * Experience: No prior experience in this specific role is required (though desirable), but must have experience in building construction execution (Site Manager / Production), at least 5 years. **Seize the challenge.
