This is our flagship 12-month internship program, designed for final-year undergraduate and master’s students with high potential. During the selection process, we will assign you to the area best suited to your competencies and interests, enabling you to fully develop your talent and become one of our future leaders. But it doesn’t end there: upon completing your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to join our team on a permanent basis as an *Early Career* professional and participate in our *Career Launch Program*—an international training program whose primary objective is to accelerate the careers of our highest-potential junior professionals. **What will your day-to-day look like?** After completing the selection process, you will be assigned to a team within one of the following areas: * Commercial Risk Solutions * Reinsurance * Health * Wealth * Talent There, you’ll grow alongside our most senior executives and/or brokers to maximize your learning and exposure throughout the 12-month program. **What happens after the internship?** You’ll have the opportunity to join our team of top professionals on a permanent basis. Additionally, you may participate in our Career Launch Program, through which the highest-performing *Graduates* will begin an international training program designed to accelerate their development at Aon while expanding their professional network. **Learn more about our Career Launch Program:** Our Career Launch Program is a 10-month international training initiative launched in person each September in a city across the EMEA region, followed by online delivery. Selected participants will acquire technical knowledge and expertise in Aon’s products and services, while also developing the competencies needed to achieve success in their professional careers—all within an international environment that enables them to expand their local and EMEA-wide professional networks. Moreover, during these months, participants will collaborate on a group project with junior professionals from other countries and business lines to solve real-world challenges faced daily by our professionals. **Skills and experience that will drive your success:** * Strong adaptability and initiative. * Customer orientation. * Teamwork. * Ambition for professional development. * High level of English (minimum B2).
