




### **Description** At DOPP Executive Search, we are managing the search for an **HR Manager** for a company based in Sevilla. Reporting to the company's management, you will have full responsibility for the organization's Human Resources management, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient administration, and the implementation of HR management and development policies within the Organization. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * Design and update the organizational structure, analyze staffing needs by department, and implement HR management policies aligned with the company’s strategy. * Coordinate labor administration (hiring, terminations, contracts, etc.), supervise payroll processing and variable pay components, and ensure correct application of collective bargaining agreements. * Manage conflict resolution and negotiation processes, promote initiatives to improve workplace climate, and analyze key indicators (turnover, absenteeism, productivity, etc.). * Develop and execute the annual training plan, drive career development programs, coordinate performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Education: University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Additional training will be valued. * Experience: Previous experience in comprehensive HR management, including both labor and personnel administration aspects, as well as HR policy development and implementation. * Ability to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior management, and act as a liaison across different organizational levels. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and payroll management. Proficiency with HR management tools and systems. * Knowledge of English will be positively considered.
