The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in industrial project planning, particularly in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) environments. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing complex schedules using Primavera P6, as well as conducting analyses and preparing reports to ensure proper project progress. We seek a professional who is not only an expert in scheduling but also possesses a deep understanding of associated industrial processes. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring consistency and quality of planning. * Perform variance analysis and manage schedule changes as required. * Collaborate closely with project teams and other departments to ensure appropriate planning. * Provide periodic project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders. * Use Excel for data analysis and report generation to optimize scheduling processes. * Conduct planning and progress review meetings with the project team, ensuring alignment of objectives and schedules. * Participate in risk assessments and facilitate risk mitigation through appropriate task prioritization. * Undertake occasional travel as required. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Scheduler role, preferably in the industrial sector. * Minimum 3 years of experience in EPC/EPCM project planning. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6\. * Extensive professional-level Excel skills. * High level of English, both written and spoken. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. * Willingness to undertake occasional travel. **What We Offer** ------------- * Opportunity to work in a professional and welcoming environment within a reputable company in the sector. * Potential for professional development and career growth. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview.
