





**What are we looking for?** ------------------ We are seeking an Industrial Electronics, Aeronautical, Telecommunications, Robotics, Mechatronics or similar Engineer with experience (1 year) or high potential in aeronautical certification, motivated to work with aeronautical regulations and Safety & Reliability standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid electronic technical background, great attention to detail in documentation, and a strong interest in safety within the design of aeronautical electronic equipment. **Responsibilities:** -------------- * Prepare documentation according to aeronautical regulations for the certification of electronic equipment: requirements, design and verification plans and evidence, and traceability matrices. * Write clear, verifiable, and traceable hardware requirements. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, systems, software, integration) to ensure a coherent and certifiable solution. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Generate certification documentation with quality and efficiency. * Manage technical incidents and non-conformities, proposing corrective and improvement actions. * Ensure proper integration between requirements, design, and verification, maintaining end-to-end traceability. * Contribute to teamwork with innovative proposals that enhance product safety, reliability, and maintainability. **Technical knowledge:** --------------------------- * Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (requirements traceability, reviews, environmental/EMC testing). * Experience in hardware verification (requirement testing, board/equipment level testing, design reviews). * Requirements management and traceability (DOORS, Jama). * Reading/interpretation of electronic schematics and designs. * Desirable: FMEA/FTA tools (Medini). * Intermediate technical English level (B2). **Soft skills:** ------------------------ * Teamwork: effective collaboration with multidisciplinary areas and internal/external stakeholders. * Excellent written communication: clear, precise, and coherent writing of requirements and evidence. * Safety and detail orientation: rigor in applying regulations and generating evidence. * Problem-solving: critical thinking and structured approach to design and certification issues. * Organization and time management: prioritization of deliverables and tracking of verification plans. * Proactivity and continuous improvement: initiative to optimize processes, templates, and documentation tools.
