You will also have access to the necessary, functional tools to perform your job efficiently. **What will your responsibilities be?** Your primary mission will be to ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility and deliver excellent service to customers. To achieve this, you will be provided with the necessary tools and a supportive environment that promotes autonomy and efficiency. Your main responsibilities include: * Managing ticket sales, payments, and service controls. * Monitoring vehicle and pedestrian access, reporting incidents. * Performing cleaning and basic maintenance (grates, painting, etc.). * Assisting customers by providing information on services and products. * Operating cash registers, top-up systems, and other administrative procedures. **What will make you succeed in this role?** We seek candidates with vocational training in electricity or electronic maintenance (Intermediate Level), or with secondary education. Prior customer service experience is essential; experience in parking environments is especially valued. Knowledge or experience in building or facility maintenance is also desirable.
