REQUIREMENTS ### **Who are we looking for? A person who matches these skills:** * Hold a **disability certificate of 33% or higher**. * Formal education or demonstrable experience (minimum 1\-2 years) in one of the disciplines within the digital ecosystem (Web Development, Digital Analytics, CRO, SEO, Paid Media, UX/UI Design, or Digital Project Management). * A collaborative mindset, empathy, and strong motivation for teamwork and camaraderie. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and an operational problem-solving orientation. ### **We value positively:** * Knowledge of or interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to your everyday workflows. * Intermediate/advanced English level (B2/C1\), beneficial for international projects. * Prior experience working in digital agencies or consulting environments. ### **Why us—and not others?
