




We are looking for a professional for an Administrative Assistant position in the Accounting department. Main responsibilities include preparing and reviewing periodic settlements, as well as issuing and recording invoices for both customers and suppliers. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing collections and payments, archiving and controlling all accounting-related documentation, and providing support in bank reconciliations. Data entry into the accounting system and coordination with other departments to ensure efficient administrative management are also part of the duties. A medium-level academic qualification is required, along with being an organized and methodical person, and having intermediate-level knowledge of Excel. The contract will initially be temporary for two months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will range from 35 to 40 hours per week, and the remuneration is set at 9.25 euros per hour.
