We are seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for our production plant located in Sevilla. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will coordinate and supervise warehouse operations during your shift, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. They are responsible for guaranteeing the proper execution of receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise team activities during your shift. * Ensure proper execution of receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. * Monitor inventory levels and record movements in the system. * Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards. * Resolve operational incidents and coordinate with other departments. * Coordinate operational teams in loading, unloading, picking, and storage tasks. * Ensure adherence to procedures and standards. * Record movements in the system when required. * Identify incidents and report them to the manager. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the area. * Support onboarding and training of new operators. * Train and mentor operational staff. * Report shift KPIs and propose improvements. **Candidate Profile:** * Preferred education: Logistics, Industrial Vocational Training (FP), or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations. * ERP/WMS knowledge is a plus. * Experience supervising teams. **Competencies and Skills:** * Operational leadership. * Organization and prioritization. * Clear communication. * Problem-solving. **What We Offer:** Sports policy.
