It is essential to have a methodical and organized profile, with a clear focus on detailed planning and thorough control of each project phase. The ability to champion efficient processes and a clear vision of how to optimize work will be highly valued. Key responsibilities will include organizing and planning on-site tasks, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Effective coordination of work teams and subcontracted companies will also be required, overseeing each construction phase to guarantee proper execution, as well as controlling materials and resources to optimize overall performance. Full compliance with all occupational health and safety measures and risk prevention protocols will be ensured.
