Plant Controller

We are looking for a **Controller** for our Production Plant located in Seville. **General job description:** Executes industrial cost control, investment and distribution cost processes, ensuring proper recording, accounting allocation and control of internal management data and indicators at the plant; plans and coordinates the plant budget in compliance with corporate policies and practices; acts as advisor to the plant manager and industrial BP, optimizing costs and materials and providing recommendations to improve plant performance. **Key responsibilities of the position:** * Product cost calculation and analysis of potential deviations. * Preparation of budgets and forecasts. • Reporting to the plant management team. • Analysis of business performance at the plant to support manufacturing and production management decisions. * Maintains and calculates the plant's production KPIs. * Executes cost and inventory accounting operations. * Prepare monthly financial statements and operational reports on the plant. * Analyzes variations and deviations from the initial budget, identifying causes and reasons. * Prepare profit and loss forecast statements. * Collaborate with plant supervisors and team leaders to explain results, implement improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of analyses. * Supervise and implement internal controls at the plant. * Ensure accurate accounting. * Control of liquidity and cash flows at the plant. **Job profile:** Previous experience in multinational FMCG companies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar Specialization in Accounting, Economics or related fields Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques Experience meeting strict deadlines High level of English **COMPETENCIES** * Analysis and projection of financial statements • Good planning and organizational skills. • Strong analytical skills. * Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents. * Excellent communication skills, especially internally. * Commitment to the organization's common goals. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Work at the world’s largest independent bottler certified as a Great Place to Work Impact opportunity. * Be part of a dynamic team where your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of the organization. * We offer an environment that fosters continuous learning and professional growth. * You will have access to training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career Organizational culture focused on excellence. * We strive to maintain an organizational culture based on excellence, innovation and commitment to continuous improvement. * We offer you a stimulating and rewarding work environment where you can achieve your full potential. **The recruitment process** ------------------------------- **1** Do you think you have what we're looking for?
