We are looking for an experienced **Venue Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our entertainment venue and ensure every visitor receives outstanding service. Position Overview As a **Venue Manager**, you will lead day\-to\-day venue operations, supervise staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure that all activities run efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the daily operations of the entertainment venue * Lead, train, and support front\-line staff and supervisors * Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction * Coordinate venue schedules, events, and special activities * Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements * Manage staffing schedules and daily workflow * Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies * Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and operational reporting * Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner * Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives **Qualifications** * Previous experience in venue management, hospitality, entertainment, or operations management * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills * Ability to perform well in a fast\-paced environment * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities * Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required Sueldo: 260,00€\-292,00€ al día Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
